Existing account holders can simply submit an online application form. New clients must first complete an Account Holder Form through our accounts department before applying.

You may begin as soon as your enrollment is processed and your chosen start date arrives, including the same day if applicable.

Yes. Courses are completely self-paced and available 24 hours a day during your enrollment period.

You have 31 days to complete your course. Most courses contain approximately six hours of learning material, excluding the final examination.

Yes. Your progress is saved automatically, allowing you to continue where you left off, even if you close your browser.

You can complete your course on most modern computers, tablets, or smartphones with a web browser and a forward-facing camera. A desktop or laptop is recommended for the final examination.

No. Everything runs directly in your web browser.

Yes. A stable internet connection is required throughout your training. Losing your connection may prevent your progress from syncing correctly until you reconnect.

Each lesson includes quizzes that must be passed before progressing. If you do not pass, you'll be shown the correct answers and may try again after reviewing the material. Once you've passed, quizzes may be retaken as often as you like.

Yes. After your results and documentation have been verified, your certificate will be emailed either to you or your employer, depending on your company's arrangement. Certificates can be downloaded and printed by the recipient.

Course pricing is provided to our account holders or upon request. Payments are made via EFT. Companies may pay on behalf of their employees, and invoices are available.

Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances.

Yes. Companies may enrol as many employees as they wish, provided they complete the application forms for each employee.

Managers cannot view progress directly through the platform but may request progress updates for specific employees.

Yes. Our courses are developed in-house and are accredited by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) and the Botswana Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA). They are suitable for both initial and recurrent training.
